Refund Policy
Returns
1. Our policy lasts 24hrs. If 24hrs have gone by since your order placed, unfortunately
we can’t offer you a refund.
2. To be eligible for a return, if you received wrong product and item must be undamaged and in the same condition
that you received it. It must also be in the original/good packaging condition (i.e.
untampered).
3. It is recommended that the user must take atmost care of battery to avoid damages. If
any technical problem occurs which does not involve Physical damage, Burnout, Tampering,
Opened battery or Water damage (i.e. flood or water logging) will be covered under
warranty.
4. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
5. Please send your purchase to the nearest dealer or mentioned address on the bill.
6. Order Cancellation charge flat Rs 2000.
• There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
1. Delay in finding the defect in product or damaged product/casing.
2. The product found was already opened or tampered.
3. Delay in filing the problem with manufacturer; then the same will be refunded
accordingly (only if asked).
4. Not satisfied with the range (#Kms running per charge) of product due to hard terrain.
5. Exchange with other product.
6. Any product not in its original condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our
error.
7. Any item that is returned more than 24hrs after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that
we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or
rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically
be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 10-15 working days.
→ Late or missing refunds(if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is
officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for
